Trucking Information Centers, Inc. (TIC) is authorized to install a Trucking Information Center at the location indicated below. It is understood that the Information Center will be installed within the next 30 days and will be serviced by TIC staff on a regular basis. We will discontinue the service and remove the Information Center upon request. Management agrees that TIC staff members are the only authorized service personnel and that if they wish the Information Center removed to notify Trucking Information Centers, Inc. either by writing to the address listed above or calling 1-800-423-9338.
